We help to properly formalise agreements
The preliminary agreement with municipalities and the established principles are the basis for the zoning plan procedure or application for a planning environmental permit. Depending on the scope of the project, we help to formalise the joint agreements and intentions in a letter of intent, cooperation agreement, or anterior agreement.
ANTERIOR AGREEMENT
For spatial plans, municipalities have a legal obligation to recover the costs of a plan from an initiator, also known as cost recovery. The working agreements, land transactions, and cost recovery are formalised in an anterior agreement.
LAND MATTERS
In the field of area development, we also support you in land matters. Our advisors can guide various land transactions such as purchase, sale, exchange, emphyteusis lease, and building rights. We formalise the agreements and intentions in clear contracts. If the value of the land changes, we will appraise the market value.
