Feasibility and elaboration of the plan or project
Does your plan or project deviates from the environmental plan (zoning plan)? If so, we assist in drafting a spatial substantiation to clarify the feasibility and desirability of the plan.
DOCUMENT PREPARATION AND RESEARCH
Since the costs for planning are borne by the initiator, it is often possible to have the preparation of documents and research carried out independently, for example by LBP|SIGHT. We ensure that interests are optimally represented. Additionally, we ensure that the goals of the municipality are served and that the input of third parties and stakeholders is adequately considered.
GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH MUNICIPALITIES
In a spatial substantiation, we address the planning, urban development, environmental, and financial aspects of the plans. We also provide a description of the feasibility and desirability of the spatial development. The municipality will follow the procedure, and the municipal council will ultimately need to approve the spatial change. By collaborating with the municipality as an initiator, a good relationship and an optimal joint result are achieved.
