Masters of land affairs, valuations, and management
Be it in rural settings or urban areas, our land agents are experienced in estate management, land issues, valuations and area development.
The profession of land agent is becoming increasingly complex. Developments such as climate change, the nitrogen crisis, and the growing housing shortage affect real estate. Therefore, the management of land and buildings requires a more expert approach than ever before.
In our estate management team, each advisor has the necessary knowledge and skills. Because each land agent has their own specific specialisms, we can advise on complex and specialist issues. We work closely with colleagues in the fields of spatial planning, area development, environment, sustainability, and noise and vibration. In this way, we can take over the complete management of land, areas, and buildings and advise on current developments.
NVR AND NRVT
Our land agents are affiliated with the Dutch Association of Land agents (NVR) and some also with the Dutch Register of Real Estate Valuers (NRVT). To be allowed to be affiliated, our working method must meet strict requirements. Our land agents also undergo compulsory training to keep their knowledge and skills up to date. In addition, we are affiliated with other professional organisations, such as the Dutch Cooperative Association of Brokers and Valuers (NVM) and the Association for Agricultural Law.
In the field of estate management, our land agents work for estates such as Baest, Keukenhof, Linschoten, Rozephoeve, and the grounds of various (brick) factories. Our valuers work for municipalities, water boards, water companies, Rijkswaterstaat, and ProRail, among others.
We support estate management and are happy to provide advice on land affairs, valuations, and sustainable land issuance.
