As a building-physics consultancy firm, we understand that building physics plays a crucial role in creating healthy, sustainable, and energy-efficient buildings. We assist you by thinking along about an appropriate design, the right construction measures, and – if necessary – technical installations.
We spend an average of about eighty percent of our time in buildings. Therefore, a pleasant environment to live, work, or learn in is important. Consider good ventilation and sufficient daylight, but also a sustainable and energy-efficient building. When it comes to buildings, our building-physics consultants specialise in themes such as health, sustainability, and energy. We also support you in investigating the building’s physical behaviour and preventing building-physics damage.
FROM BUILDING DESIGN TO INSTALLATIONS
In building-physics assignments, we ideally start with advice on building design and construction solutions, in consultation with the architect. Many issues can be resolved design-wise, for example, by positioning spaces differently or by taking (passive) construction measures. If this does not provide a sufficient solution, then (energy-efficient) technical installations come into play. We often work together with installation advisors in this regard.
